When the 2014 session of the Maryland General Assembly convenes in January- Governor Martin O’Malley may likely be more focused on the voters of Iowa and New Hampshire rather than the business of the state in Annapolis. O’Malley, in his final 16 months as governor, has been exploring a possible run for the White House.
