O’Malley Urges Graduates To Work Against Climate Change

Graduation ceremonies were held at Frostburg State University and Allegany College of Maryland earlier this month- and Governor Martin O'Malley has urged this year’s graduates to work against climate change, which he called "the transformation that transforms everything."  O'Malley, a term-limited Democrat who is considering a run for the White House in 2016, has made the threat of climate change a consistent theme during his 7 plus years in the office.  Environmental initiatives like working to develop offshore wind, improving the health of the Chesapeake Bay and reducing greenhouse gas emissions have been top O'Malley priorities of his administration.  O'Malley told the graduates that those who deny climate change need to be educated- and those who are, need to get to work…
