On Wednesday at approximately 10:30 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of Maryland Avenue for a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival officers established a perimeter on the residence and learned it was currently abandoned. Officers spoke to the property owner and were advised no one had permission to be inside the property. Officers searched the property and located Ronald Thomas Albee inside. Mr. Albee was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner. Mr. Albee was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a temporary commitment.

Charge – Burglary 4^th Degree
