Governor Tom Wolf signed a bill into law this past week increasing child endangerment penalties in the state of Pennsylvania. In child endangerment cases, penalties will be increased when victims are 5 years of age or younger. It also suggests judges consider ordering counseling for those convicted.
The law takes effect in 60 days.
