Parrott garners endorsement from Ted Cruz in his bid for Sixth District Maryland seat

May 16th, 2020 by WCBC Radio

On Friday, Ted Cruz endorsed Congressional candidate Neil Parrott in his run for Maryland’s 6th congressional district. Parrott, a Republican, represents Legislative District 2A in the Maryland House of Delegates. He is a candidate for The United States House of Representatives in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. The district includes Garrett County, Allegany County, Washington County, and portions of Fredrick County and Montgomery County.

Parrott shared, “U.S. Congressman Ted Cruz’s endorsement is humbling and significant. His endorsement signifies that he understands that I will work for financial responsibility, for pro-life principles, and for common sense. I am honored to have the endorsement of Sen. Ted Cruz and am looking forward to working with him in Congress to defend common-sense, conservative issues.”

It was once said of Ted Cruz, anyone could shoot him on the floor of the Senate and they would never be convicted. This tells us everything we need to know about Neil Parrott.
