On Thursday evening, 02/11/2016, members of the C3I Warrant/Fugitive Unit arrested 39 year Jaroslav Dmitri Candler as a Fugitive who was wanted in Elk County, Pennsylvania in connection with an assault which occurred in 2002.
Candler was charged with Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering, and Simple Assault, allegedly for an assault in which the victim was shot in the chest.
Candler is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
