Cumberland City Police made an arrest early Sunday morning on Pershing Street. Police arrived at 12:30 am in response to a disturbance complaint. Police contacted a man who appeared to be hiding something in a flower pot. A baggie of marijuana was found. Arrested was 24 year old Daniel Augustus Devault of Cumberland. Devault was charged with disorderly conduct, second degree assault, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
