MLB NEWS:
Roberto Alomar and Bert Blyleven were the latest duo to join Cooperstown. Alomar recorded 10 Gold Gloves at second base and was a career .300 hitter. Blyleven, in a career that spanned 22 seasons, recorded 287 wins with 3701 strikeouts and has two World Series to his name. Blyleven was instrumental in the Pirates' 1979 World Series victory.
