1:30 PM UPDATE: Bond for Poindexter has been reduced to $500,000.
ORIGINAL REPORT: 22 year old Kyle Poindexter, charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 1st & 2nd Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment in the death of his 2 month old daughter, will most likely have a bail review hearing in the middle of the day today.
Poindexter was arrested Friday, and has been held in lieu of $800,000 full cash bond in the Allegany County Detention Center.
