On June 8th, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department observed a vehicle matching the description of an attempt to locate involving an impaired driver. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the operator as Alicia Nicole Love. Through officers investigation they determined Love to be operating the motor vehicle while under the influence, and learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen through the Hagerstown Police Department. Love was placed under arrest and currently awaits her initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
Alicia Nicole Love, age 27, Hagerstown Maryland.
Charges: Theft $1,500 -$25,000, Driving Under the Influence, and other traffic related charges.
