On Saturday March 31, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to the Western Maryland Regional Center emergency room for two unruly females.  Upon arrival officers learned that Tara Hott, age 40, of Winchester, Virginia and Krystal Twigg, age 38, of Wiley Ford, West Virginia were bothering other patients and medical staff members of the hospital.   They were advised to leave and did so only to return a short time later, leading to another disturbance.  Both were placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland Police Department where they were criminally cited for Trespassing and were released pending trial at Allegany County District Court.
