On 4/18/2020 at approximately 6 PM the Cumberland City Police Department responded to an accident involving a four wheeler in the wooded area between Winmer Street and Pine Avenue. Officers were unable to contact the operator and spoke to the owner who reported the four wheeler stolen. The Cumberland Police Department is requesting assistance with identifying the operator of the four wheeler at the time of the accident.
