Police Execute Warrant Arrests

District Court Warrant

On Monday, September 12th, 2016 The Cumberland City Police Department served a District Court warrant on Kathryn Ann Colon for an incident that occurred on Bond Street back on September 6th, 2016.  Colon was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

The Cumberland City Police was also in possession of a criminal summons for Kathryn Ann Colon at the time of her arrest.  This too was served on Colon.

Kathryn Ann Colon, age: 37, Cumberland, MD.

Warrant:  Assault 2nd degree

Summons:  Obstructing Justice and numerous traffic charges.

 

Fugitive Warrant

On Monday, September 12th, 2016 The Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Michael James Arnold of Emporium, Pennsylvania.  The warrant was the result of a Pennsylvania State Police investigation charging Arnold with felony aggravated assault and numerous other offenses.  Arnold was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center and was held without out bond.

Michael James Arnold, age: 42, Emporium, PA.

Charges:  Aggravated assault, rape, statutory sexual assault, recklessly endangering another person, and several other charges.
