Theft Arrest
On January 18, 2016 at approximately 7:05 PM the Cumberland Police responded to a business on Virginia Avenue in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival investigation revealed Laken Shae Mallow had stolen an item from the business. Mallow was arrested and taken to the Cumberland Police Department where she was issued a criminal citation for Theft Under $100. She was released pending trial in District Court.
