On 03/18/15 at approximately 8:17 PM Officers responded to a Polk Street address for a reported disturbance.  Upon their arrival they contacted a witness who stated Nicky Linn had been invited to the residence for a party.  During the party Linn became agitated and argumentative and he was asked to leave.  Linn then walked into the bathroom and allegedly destroyed a sick and drain pipe, pulled the curtain rod from the wall and damaged the toilet seat lid.  Linn also allegedly broke a television inside the residence.  Witnesses corroborated the events.  At this time Linn was then placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland Police Department.  He was issued a Criminal Citation and was later released from the Police Department to await trial in the Allegany County District Court.
