Criminal Summons Served
On Wednesday March 27, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Cera Curtlynn Stevens Neil Bonner, age 18 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons charges Bonner with 2nd Degree Assault. Bonner was served with the summons and released pending her trial date in District Court.
