On Monday, April 07, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Presley Valentina Roach. The summons stems from an investigation of a theft which was reported to the Cumberland Police Department on February 22, 2014. During the investigation Roach was identified as the suspect. Charges were applied for against Roach which resulted in the summons being issued.

On Monday, April 07, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Minkailu Abu Bakarr Davies. The summons charges Davies with three counts trespassing. The charges were applied for by a citizen at District Court which resulted in the summons being issued.
Arrested:
Minkailu Abu Bakarr Davies – age 21 – Bowie, MD
Charges:
Three counts of trespassing.
