Bench Warrant Served
On Sunday, April 12, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on James Anthony Moore. The warrant charges Moore with failing to appear for court. Moore was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for his initial appearance. Moore was held on $3,000.00 at the Allegany County Detention Center.

James Anthony Moore – age 36 – Cumberland, MD
Charges:
Bench warrant for failing to appear for court.
Criminal Summonses Served
On Sunday, April 12, 2015 the following subjects were served with criminal summonses;
Michael Grant Walker – age 57 – Cumberland, MD
The summons charges Walker with violating a court issued protection order.
Thomas Scott Turner – age 50 – Cumberland, MD
The summons charges Turner with second degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Joshua Ian Cline – age 38 – Cumberland, MD
The summons charges Cline with theft less than $1,000.00.
