Fail to Obey Arrest
On April 13, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department was investigating an incident in the 600 block of N. Centre Street. During the investigation a male subject began creating a disturbance with the police officer on scene. Shane Lee Williams was told to stop creating a disturbance and to leave the area, but he refused and continued creating a disturbance. Williams was arrested and taken to the Cumberland Police Department where he was issued a criminal citation for Fail to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order. He was released pending trial in District Court.
