On May 20, 2015 Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Kevin Wayne Snider Jr., age 25 of Cumberland, Maryland. Snider was charged with failing to appear in District Court on traffic charges. Snider was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Snider was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $7,000.

Criminal Summons Served
On May 20, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Joseph Vincent Paige, age 30 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons was issued by District Court after a private citizen filed charges on Paige. Paige was charged with second degree assault and disorderly conduct. Paige was served with the summons and later released pending a trial date in District Court.
