Disorderly Conduct
On May 21, 2014 at 10:25 PM the Cumberland Police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 700 block of Greene Street. Contact was made with an employee who advised a male subject was creating a disturbance and refused to leave when asked. Investigation revealed that Floyd Allen Brimhall was the person creating the disturbance. Police contacted Brimhall who refused orders to leave. He was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Fail to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order. He was issued criminal citations and released pending trial at District Court.
