On Friday May 23, 2014, at 3:13 pm, Cumberland City Bike Patrol Officers on patrol on Canal Street observed three individuals walking along scenic railroad bridge from the direction of Ridgeley, West Virginia which is a posted No Trespassing area. Kelly Swick, Cassandra Porter and Robert Miller were placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where they were criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court. Miller was also cited for Possession of CDS paraphernalia as a result of a search incident upon arrest.

CHARGES: Trespassing, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
Cassandra Porter, age 32. Cumberland, Maryland.
CHARGE: Trespassing.
Kelly Swick, age 46. Lavale, Maryland.
CHARGE: Trespassing.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On Friday May 23, 2014, at 4:26 pm, a Cumberland City Police Officer on patrol observed two individuals engaging in an argument and acting in a disorderly manner at the 200 block of Baltimore Avenue. Craig Taylor and Nicky Lynn were identified as the individuals who were being disruptive and disturbing the peace of passerby’s. Both individuals were placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where they were processed and criminally cited for Disturbing the Peace.

Nicky Lynn, age 48. Cumberland, Maryland.
CHARGE: Disturbing the Peace.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On Friday May 23, 2014, at 2:55 pm, Cumberland City Police Officer’s responded to a private residence at the 100 block of Pine Avenue for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival contact was made with the owner of the residence who advised that David Cassady, age 42 of Cumberland, showed up at his residence uninvited and refused to leave. Officers advised Cassady that he needed to leave but he refused to do so and became argumentative. He was placed in custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where he was processed and criminally cited for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
