Warrants Served
On Tuesday, July 28, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested the following subject’s on warrants;
Tyler Lee Logsdon – age 26 – Cumberland, MD. The warrant charges Logsdon with failing to appear for court. Logsdon was served with the warrant and released on his personal recognizance by a District Court Commissioner after her initial appearance.
Cassyopia Se-E Starr Schell – age 20 – Cumberland, MD. The warrant charges Schell with failing to appear for court. Schell was served with the warrant and released on her personal recognizance by a District Court Commissioner after her initial appearance.
David Paul Stohl – age 34 – Cumberland, MD. The warrant charges Stohl with violating the conditions of his probation. Stohl was served with the warrant and held on $5,000.00 at the Allegany County Detention Center after his initial appearance.
Nathan Allen Herrell – age 33 – Cumberland, MD. Herrell had three outstanding warrants;
#1 – Failing to appear for trial in Allegany County District Court.
#2 – Failing to appear for trial in Allegany County Circuit Court.
#3 – Failing to appear for trial in Washington County Circuit Court.
Herrell was served with the District Court warrant then taken for his initial appearance. Herrell was held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Washington County, Maryland.
