On 08/06/15 Cumberland Police Officers served a criminal summons on Jerry Perkins.  The summons stemmed from a domestic incident that occurred on August 3, 2015 on Boone Street in Cumberland.  Perkins and the female victim were arguing and Perkins allegedly pushed, slapped and choked the victim.  The victim filed charges at District Court in Cumberland.  Perkins was charged with one count of second degree assault and is awaiting trial in District Court.
