Police make theft arrest

Officers responded to Martins Market for a report of a shoplifter.  Upon their arrival they contacted the manager who advised that they observed Christopher Lee Runyon place a DVD inside his pocket and then exit the store without paying for it.  He was brought back into the store with no issues.  Runyon admitted to officers that he stole the DVD.  The DVD had a value of $19.06.  He was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was processed, charged and released on a Criminal Citation pending trial in District Court.

Charge: Theft under $100

 

District Court Arrest Warrant Served

 

Antonio Robert Muir                   Age: 31                      E. Oldtown RD, Cumberland, MD.

Charge: Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear

Muir was held in the ACDC on a Temporary Commitment until his attorney is available.
