Bench Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, September 04, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department arrested James William Murphy Jr on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from Murphy failing to follow the conditions of his probation. Murphy was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for his initial appearance and he was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $500.00.

Bench Warrant Served
On Thursday, September 04, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Leonard Lewis Livengood on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from Livengood failing to appear for a court date on previous charge of possession of CDS. Livengood was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for his initial appearance and was released on his personal recognizance by a District Court Commissioner.
