WARRANT SERVICE
On Wednesday January 8, 2014, Cumberland City Police served three Circuit Court Criminal Bench Warrants on Robert Jay Toey, age 51 of Cumberland. The warrants were issued as a result of Toey failing to appear for trial on January 7, 2014. Toey was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bail.

WARRANT SERVICE
On Thursday January 9, 2014, at 3:03 am., Cumberland City Police Officer’s responded to the 500 block of Fairview Avenue for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with Nita Miller who was found to be one the parties involved in the disturbance. A wanted check was conducted and it was revealed that Miller had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear for trial on November 22, 2013 at the Allegany County District Court. Miller was served, processed and after a bond hearing, was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held on a $250.00 dollar pre-set bond.
