SUMMONS SERVICE

On Monday October 5, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Christian Liller, age 35 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The summons was issued as a result of a Theft investigation that occurred on September 8, 2015.  Investigation revealed that Liller utilized the services of a business on Industrial Boulevard and did not have the funds to pay for services rendered.  Liller was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

Christian Liller, age 35.  Cumberland, Maryland.

CHARGE:  Theft less than $100.00 dollars.

 

SUMMONS SERVICE

On Monday October 5, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Oliver Gary, age 30 of Cumberland, Maryland.  On September 19, 2015, Officers responded to the 600 block of Bedford Street for a disturbance.  Investigation into this matter revealed that Gary got into a verbal altercation with the victim which led to Gary throwing a household object at the victim striking her in the arm.  Gary left the scene after the incident took place.  He was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.  The victim did not require medical attention.

Oliver Gary, age 30.  Cumberland, Maryland.

CHARGE:  Assault 2nd Degree.

 

WARRANT SERVICE

On Monday October 5, 2015, Cumberland City Police served six separate arrest warrants on Felicia Deetz, age 42 of Cumberland, Maryland.   They were as follows:

-Bench Warrant for failing to appear for a previous Possession of Paraphernalia arrest on June 18, 2015.

-Bench Warrant for violation of probation for a previous Theft arrest.

-Bench Warrant for failing to appear for a previous Theft arrest on June 18, 2015.                                                        -Bench Warrant for failing to appear for a previous Theft arrest on June 18, 2015.                                            -Bench Warrant for failing to appear for a previous Theft arrest on June 18, 2015.                                       

-Arrest Warrant for Theft 1k to 10k and Theft less than $1,000.00.

 

Deetz was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond review.  She was held on a total of $26,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
