B&E Arrest
Officers responded to a residence on 211 Emily St. for a report of a disturbance with a female subject yelling. Upon their arrival they located a female subject inside of a garage yelling in her sleep. She was woke up and questioned about what was happening. She advised that she had permission to be there. Investigation revealed that nobody had permission to be there. They were advised to leave, not return and that they would be charged later for their violation. Officer’s then checked the residence and found the back door to be broken into. During the search of the residence the officers located a male and female subject who had broken into the house. The male was identified as Sean Michael Ruby and the female was identified as a 17 year old runaway from Pennsylvania. They were both placed under arrest and transported to PH. The juvenile was charged and then returned home to Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania State Police. Ruby was charged and processed for the Maryland incident. Pennsylvania is currently in the process of charging Ruby with offenses stemming from the 17 year old running away with him..

Charges: Burglary 4th Degree, MDOP, Contribute to the condition of a child
Ruby was taken for a Bond Hearing and held in the ACDC on a $10,000 bond.
