Drug arrest in city

On Monday, November 17, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served criminal summonses on the following subjects;

Atreu Zaine Smith – age 21, Cumberland, MD.  Charged with harassment.

Nakota Cheanta Durham – age 23, Cumberland, MD.  Charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Marene Allyn Hostler – age 28, Cumberland, MD.  Charged with issuing a false document and theft.

Robert William Nixon Jr – age 43, Cumberland, MD.  Charged with trespassing and violating a protective order.

Stephanie Michelle Faith –age 27, Cumberland, MD.  Charged with second degree assault.

 

Failure to Obey / CDS Arrest____________Tuesday, November 18, 2014

 

On Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at approximately 12:30 a.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to Fort Cumberland Homes for a reported disturbance.  Upon the officers arrival two male subjects were observed.  Contact was made with both subjects and they were advised to leave the area and warned against creating any further disturbances.  One of the subjects identified as Carl Nelson Bohrer failed to listen to officers orders and continued to create a disturbance by yelling at the officers.  Bohrer was placed under arrest due to his continued disorderly actions.  Bohrer was searched incident to the arrest and a device commonly used to smoke marijuana was located on his person.

 

Bohrer was transported to Police Headquarters for processing.  Bohrer was then issued two criminal citations and released pending his trial at District court at a later date.

Carl Nelson Bohrer – age 38 – Cumberland, MD

 

Charges:

 

Failure to obey a lawful order and possession of drug paraphernalia.
