WARRANT SERVICE
On Wednesday December 9, 2015, Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Noma Pearson, age 38 of Cumberland, Maryland. The warrant was issued as a result of an October 30, 2015 incident where Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a residence on West Oldtown Road for a reported assault. Investigation revealed that Pearson allegedly struck the victim in the face several times. Pearson was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing. Pearson was held on a $4,500.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center. The victim in this matter did not require medical attention.

CHARGES: Assault 2nd Degree, Disturbing the Peace.
