On Thursday Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Justin Perry, age 43 of Cumberland. The warrant was issued as a result of Perry failing to complete community service hours for a previous arrest for motor vehicle related charges. Perry was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing. He was held on a $500.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
