Domestic Assault Arrest
Officers responded to a residence on Fairview Ave. for a report of a domestic assault. Upon their arrival they contacted the victim who advised that she had been sprayed in the face with pepper spray. She stated that her live in boyfriend Brandon Louis Vance Livengood was the one who did it. She stated that they had got into an argument about accused infidelity when he held her down and spray her in the face with the pepper spray. Brandon advised that she tried to spray him first but he took it off of her and sprayed her. Officers observed the victim to have the effects of being sprayed in the face with pepper spray. The victim refused medical treatment. Brandon was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was processed and charged.
Brandon Louis Vance Livengood Age: 35 Fairview Ave., Cumberland, MD
Charge: Assault 2nd Degree
Livengood was taken for a Bond Hearing and held in the ACDC on a $3500 Bond.
