On Monday, February 10, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department received several destruction of property complaints.  During the investigation into the complaints, officers learned that several vehicle windows had been shattered in the Pine Avenue area of the city.  At this point of time the crimes are believed to have occurred during the early morning hours of Monday, February 10, 2014.

 It is believed that the same person/persons are responsible for these incidents, and that a BB/Pellet gun was used to inflict the damage.  The damage in each individual incident is believed to be several hundreds of dollars.

CDS PARAPHERNALIA ARREST

On Monday, February 10, 2014 an officer from the Cumberland City Police responded to 5202 Old Willowbrook Road for a fraud complaint.  Upon entering the apartment the officer observed a small metal CDS grinder in plain view.  The officer seized the grinder and arrested 20 Y/O, Aaron Daundre Loney.

Loney was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
