On Sunday February 2, 2014, at 9:32 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business in the 100 block of North Centre Street. Officers made contact with the complainant of the order who advised Mark Stewart, age 42 of Cumberland, was outside of the premises she was and was calling her by way of cellular phone. The complainant advised that she had a Protective Order placed against Stewart. Once the Protective Order was confirmed, Stewart was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. He was taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners Office for an initial appearance and held on a $3,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGES: Violation of Ex-Parte Order, Harassment.
BENCH WARRANT
On Monday February 3, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Steve Fitzgerald, age 47 of Cresaptown Maryland. The warrant was issued as a result of Fitzgerald failing to pay fines and costs as ordered by the court as a result of a previous arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Fitzgerald was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners Office for a bond hearing. He was released after posting a bail of $107.50.
