On 03/08/14 at 0256hrs Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept were on patrol in the area of South Mechanic St when they observed a male subject wonder into the roadway. The male subject was yelling loudly at several people in the area. Officers then contacted 56 year old Patrick Ingram who continued to yell after being told several times to leave the area and to lower his voice. At this time Ingram was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland Police Dept where he was issued a criminal citation for Disorderly Conduct. Ingram was then released pending trial at District Court.
On 03/08/14 The Cumberland Police Dept served a Fugitive Warrant on 60 year old Robert Lee Smith of Hyndman PA. The warrant was a result of Smith being wanted out of PA for a Parole Retake violation. Smith was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where he was remanded without bond pending extradition from PA.
