Officers were dispatched to a residence in Jane Frazier Village for a report of a disturbance. Upon their arrival they made contact with the resident who advised that the people who were causing the problems had left. Shane York was also located in the apartment and it was determined that he was served with a letter for no trespassing on Cumberland Housing Authority Property. York was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was charged, processed and then released.

Charge: Trespassing
District Court Arrest Warrants Served
Nathaniel Edward Hyson Age: 31 W. Second St., Cumberland
Charges: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, Firearm in use of crime
Hyson was taken for a Bond Hearing where he was held in the ACDC on a $100,000 Bond.
