On 03/27/2012 at approximately 2:07 p.m., Maryland State Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Rt 40 at the traffic signal to the entrance to Lowe's. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact Sr/Tpr J. C. King at the Cumberland Barrack, 301-729-2101. The collision remains under investigation.
