Police Make Theft, Disturbing The Peace Arrests

Officers were dispatched to the McDonalds on Queen City Dr. for a report of a disturbance. Upon their arrival they had several concerned citizens pointing towards the Subway store area. Once in this area they contact the suspect in the disturbance who was identified as Bret Bonner. Bret was walking and yelling obscenities. While the officers were investigating the disturbance Bret continued to yell off and on. Once the investigation was completed he was told to leave the area. Bret began to walk away and then stopped. He turned around and yelled at the officers again. He was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was charged and processed. He was released after being issued two Criminal Citations.

Officers were dispatched to the Dollar General store on Industrial Blvd. for a report of three shoplifters. Upon their arrival they made contact with the store manager who advised that three subjects attempted to steal items from the store. They all three were placing items in each other’s bags and backpacks. The subjects were identified as Elizabeth Anne Footen, Isiah James Snyder and a juvenile female. The total attempted theft from the store was $84.89. All three were placed under arrest and transported to PH where they were charged and processed. They were all charged with Theft under $100. The juvenile was charged and released to a parent pending Juvenile Services action.

Elizabeth Anne Footen Age: 41 Somerville Ave.

Isiah James Snyder Age: 19 Somerville Ave.

District Court Arrest Warrants Served

Eastern Day Star Age: 22 Williams Rd.

Star was served with 7 Arrest Warrants.

Charge: Disorderly Conduct
