On Friday, July 31st, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department issued a criminal citation to Kenneil Damon Smith for trespassing. He was cited after officers told him to leave a Dorn Avenue property and not to return. Officers received a second complaint that Smith was still at the residence and when they arrived; he was located on the property and arrested. He was cited and released pending trial.

Shoplifting Arrest
On Friday, July 31st, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Queen City Drive for the report of a female shoplifter whom had left a business without paying for merchandise. Officers located the female who was identified as Brooke Nicole Malia. Malia admitted to officers that she left the business with unpaid items. She was arrested and charged with theft under a $100. Malia was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial at District Court.

Criminal Summons
On Friday, July 31st, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Tyree Lorenzo Bell for trespassing on CSX property on July 26th, 2020. He signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Friday, July 31st, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department cited the following individuals for possessing open containers of alcohol in public:
