Cumberland Police and Fire vehicles have blocked off a two block area of North Mechanic Street just above the Downtown Mall.
At least one individual appeared to arrested in the operation, which has not been confirmed with any definitive description by dispatchers.
We'll continue to observe and report any additional details.
Breaking news…Police officials on the scene tell WCBC's Bryan Gowans that it appears to be a mobile meth lab, and other potential suspects are being interviewed.
