May 12th, 2012 by WCBC Radio

On Saturday, Cumberland Police Officers responded to a Grand Avenue residence for a report of a disturbance and possible assault.  They made contact with all parties involved and advised them to keep the noise down or be subject to arrest.  A very short time later they received another call for a disturbance at the same location.
Officers made contact with the same suspect, Christopher Dodrill, who was again causing a disturbance in the street.  The victim stated he had been slapped in the face by Mr. Dodrill.  Mr. Dodrill continued to speak loudly and interrupt the Officer while investigating this case.  Mr. Dodrill was advised to keep his voice down and he refused.  At that point Mr. Dodrill was placed under arrest and transported to the Police Department.

Arrested:
Christopher Dodrill                                                       Age: 36                        Cumberland, MD

Charges:
Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace, Failure to Obey and Assault 2nd degree.
