On 06/03/2020 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Stephen Armand Fisher. Mr. Fisher was wanted from an incident which occurred on 05/18/2020 in the 200 block of East Industrial Boulevard. During that incident Mr. Fisher is alleged to have assaulted the victim and steal currency from them. Mr. Fisher was arrested without issue and searched incident to arrest. During the search officers located a glass pipe used to inhale controlled dangerous substances (CDS) on Mr. Fisher’s person. Mr. Fisher was issued a criminal citation for possession of CDS paraphernalia. Mr. Fisher was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond on the warrant.
Arrested – Stephen Armand Fisher (33) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Robbery, Assault 2nd Degree, Theft less than $100.00, Disturbing the Peace, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
