Police Serve Criminal Summons on Credit Card Fraud

On Monday, November 5th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Savannah Dawn Shingleton charging her with use/disclose credit card, stealing another’s credit card, conspiracy of theft less than $100, theft less than $100, and false credit card charge.  On November 3rd, 2018 the Cumberland Police received a complaint of a stolen debit card.  The victim reported the card stolen after noticing several unauthorized transaction to her account.  Police were able to view surveillance footage at the locations were the card had been used and Shingleton observed using the stolen card for purchases.  She signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial.
