On Monday, April 20th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Dustin Michael Edwards charging him with theft and conspiracy to commit theft. The warrant was issued by the Garrett Count District Court in reference to an incident back in December of 2019, when Edwards was identified along with another male leaving the Walmart in Oakland with over $500.00 of unpaid merchandise. He had a bond review before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $5,000 bond.
