On Sunday, August 16th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Matthew Desales Washington for violation of probation. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to follow the conditions of his probation order by the court back on August 19th, 2020 for assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
