On April 25th, 2020, The Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Tabitha Nadean Mckinley, age 25, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident which occurred on March 29th, 2020 in the 100 block of Arch St. During this incident, Cumberland City Police responded for the report of a large disturbance in the area. Multiple subjects were located in the area, including Mckinley. During the incident, it was alleged that Mckinley had been involved in a physical altercation with another female. Mckinley was served the Summons and released, pending trial in District Court. Other subjects involved in this incident have been served criminal charges on previous dates.
