Somethings never change. In 1983 we lived on Wood Street. We had 2 small children (3,1) we came home one Friday night about 9:30 to the same picture hundreds of college kids all over the street,in between our houses peeing on the shrubs and houses and having sex on our picnic table. It was a DISGRACE then ,and it is a DISGRACE now ! The result will be the same NOTHING done because they are the “college” and we all know Frostburg would fall into a mine shaft if it wasn’t there !
