Earlier this morning, Mt. Savage School experienced a suspected gas leak. No students were allowed to enter the building and were being held on buses outside of the school. Any students walking or being dropped off were loaded onto to buses to wait. Since then, Columbia Gas and the fire department have cleared the school of any suspected gas leak, and students have been permitted to enter the building. The instructional day will resume as normal.
