Postal Prices To See A Reduction

The removal of a surcharge on mailing products and services has resulted in a reduction in first-class mail prices. The change in prices has been mandated by the Postal Regulatory Comission and is scheduled to go into effect April 10th.

Reduced prices are as follows:

  • Letters weighing 1 ounce from 0.49 cents to 0.47 cents.
  • Letters with additional ounces from 0.22 cents to 0.21 cents.
  • Letters to international destinations from $1.20 to $1.15.
  • Postcards from 0.35 cents to 0.34 cents.

Commercial prices will also be decreased…
